ABOUT THE ROLE

We're seeking experienced and reliable Final Trim Excavator Operators for work across the South West Sydney region.

These roles are available now, offering a mix of casual shifts and ongoing opportunities on major civil construction projects. You'll be working alongside drainage crews and operating a range of machines on Tier-1 style projects.

This is a great opportunity for skilled operators looking for consistent work, strong rates, and long-term prospects with a reputable labour hire provider.

ABOUT YOU

You're an experienced civil operator who takes pride in precision work and site safety, and you're ready to hit the ground running.

You must have:

• ✅ 5+ years' experience as a Final Trim Excavator Operator

• ✅ White Card

• ✅ GPS experience

• ✅ Excavator SOA and VOC

• ✅ Experience across 3T-30T excavators

• ✅ Strong final trim and detailed finishing capability

• ✅ Reliable transport and strong work ethic

• ✅ Availability Monday-Saturday, with overtime as required
